I will not use this store ever again. I went to make copies and send documents. Gave the associate a form with the address and asked to verify address and was told it was good. She printed label placed it on package that was on scale again asked to see she said it was good. After tracking the package it stated unable to deliver address is non existent, so I call ups customer service they said I had to call store to change address and that he would call me back in an hr. My package was placed on hold for another 5 days. Went to store to pu package and get refund. Package wasn't there and was told it was my error and I wouldn't be getting a refund. Oh and I paid for 2 day air. I was also told they could pull the security footage which when I just got off the phone I told them to do. I will be taking this up with the courts and filing a complaint with the better business bureau. It would be different had it been my error, but in the future I know that ups can't meet my shipping needs as they are less than courteous and professional.

This UPS Store is by far the very best I've ever been to I've been with them for over several years now and don't regret a year. Their customer service is excellent! T.F.
