My experiencel Venus Nails was horrible I got a set of gel nails a week ago and they are all popped off and they blame it on the bed of my nail thats the reason... they popped off. When I spoke to the manager about the situation she told me I could not get a refund if it was one or two days she couldn't fix my nails and then had the audacity to try to charge me for another full set for $30 they are very unprofessional and all they want is money. They dont care about customer service and gaining lifetime customer.. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH VENUS NAILS.. GO TO NIKKI DOWN THE STREET.

Worst place ever. Used to come here all the time but now this place is a joke. Can't even fix the nails they mess up or even make it right in any way. If I'm gonna spend $40-$60 every two weeks on my nails they better look good.

I love this place! The best selection of colors, designs and jewels!
