Went into Barebones to return some boots. Where the lady at the counter questioned my return even though she helped me at the time I originally purchased the boots. When I questioned the receipt because it showed I was charged again and nothing was returned. She gave me an attitude, and was such a snob about it. I have spent thousands of dollars there and this is how they treat there customers. Plus the sign outside says under new attitude, well the lady there needs a new attitude.

Worst service ever. Whatever you do if your any race they eyeball you and stare you down. I was in the store trying something on when I then attempted to grab another pair of pants to try on i was instanly accused of stealing because i still had the shirt i was trying on on my body to see how it would look with different pants the bald man made a big seen in front of everyone calling the police and other stuff so i called my father mind you i have several carharrt products so its not like I'm broke and can't pay for anything the man and the woman put their hands on me and everything so whatever you do make sure you take everything off before attempting to grab another pair of pants or a shirt that is near the door because if not you will be acused of stealing

I'm a small business Golden Key Home Inspection they have all I need there for apparel. Iv been in 3 different times and all the guys Iv meet are super nice and best of all they know what there talking about. I wish more places where like this. No more Boot Barn, T.S.C and other places. This is a REAL WORK STORE. If you haven't been yet you gotta go you won't regret it.
