I bought a 2004 Ford Explorer sports trac after 1 plus yrs I had to get it smog and found out that the catalyst converter was not the right one for my ford and would not pass smog so I called Harold and told him that he sold me a vehicle illegally but said he would help out to make it right well my catalyst cost me 200 to purchase and 150 dollars for repairs so I called and text him for several weeks no answer finally he answered me and said he would only pay me 50.00 dollars which I had to argue for him to pay half my expense on the work , I was totally disappointed how he handle the situation he could have done better in handling this much better

My husband and I are looking to buy a newer truck than what we have. We had some questions about a specific one at the lot. We waited in the freezing cold for 20 minutes while they "helped" other customers. My husband even tried to let them know we had questions whenever they were done with the customers they were with. All he got was a rude glance and then was ignored. Not even a simple "We'll be with you in as soon as we can." Once they were done they walked back into their office, looked at us a couple of times and then proceeded to help a couple that had been standing on the lot for literally 1 minute. I guess they have no interest in making sales. We've heard terrible things about them, but we wanted to give them a try since a couple of our family members got vehicles from them with no complaints. After our experience we are never going there again.

Bought a used Acura from Harold Hodsdon about a month ago. The car drove fine on the half hour test drive i took. I bought the car a few days later and drove it home, on the way home the transmission started slipping. later that day the car would shift violently, jolting me forward whenever a gear was changing. I took the car to a few transmission places, and now i need to pay over three grand to get it rebuilt. Harold said he would make it right and fix it the next day but he never contacted me. Now I got a 7 thousand dollar piece of metal in my driveway that I have to look at. Never trust a guy who wears his religion on his sleeve, especially when he is selling a car. I warn you to look elsewhere for a car, this guy is a cheat and a con artist. If he were a good Christian man, he would have made it right.

Stay away!!! Never trust a person who says: "To be perfectly honest" This man is a liar and will say anything to sell a car. He assured me the car I was buying was in great condition with no problems at all and then refused to stand behind his word. Just because someone goes to church does not make them honest. Integrity counts and you sir do not have any!

this is the worst experience i've ever had!

they use bad tricks to hide problems, they have bad work areas.

the salesmen are extremely clueless and fake phone call to the"owners" so wen they say the are calling and walk away talking really loud they really are not useing their phones as they trick you.
