Extremely Affordable, clean, maintained, safe, & un to date facility!! The owners and Amy in the office are amazing! It seems like they really enjoy what they do because every time ive walked into their office the level of customer service is by far superior to all (storage or other) places ive done business with!!! Over the last 8+ years they have always been easy to work with. Thank you for answering all my questions, always being so willing to go the extra mile ensuring all of my storage needs (& every person ive referred) are easily handled! You are the best!

I've been renting from self storage facilities for years now and one of the first things I look for is a clean, secure and well maintained facility... I didn't have to look far here, very clean and secure!

When I look for storage I always look for a clean well maintained facility. And this is the place!! And the rates are the best. Elaine in the office is the greatest!

Best storage facility I have ever used. Lowest monthly rates and they don’t raise them every six months. They even have discounts and move in specials all the time. The facility and units are super clean and I think they have the biggest outdoor RV storage section I’ve seen in the Yuba/Sutter area. (And how convenient to be right next door to All Seasons RV) The staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful. I love stopping by the office just to say hi and get a cold bottle of water for free. I highly recommend Hwy 20 Self Storage for anyone looking to rent a unit or store your RV or boat. And, I love their dinosaurs out front.
