It is the worst employees ever I see specially salina and the worst attitude ever I do not know what is their policy, their policy is depend on salina's mode smoetimes she can not and sometime she can sometime yes sometime no, I will explain my experience with this company and salina later on another review. This is the worst..........

RUDE AND SO UNPROFESIONAL , DO NOT RENT FROM TRIDENT if i cOULD I WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED ,,,,TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY!

Renting a home through Trident has turned out to be one of the worst experiences of my life. I do not feel safe in my home.

Trident has managed our rental property for many years. My husband and I are very happy and satisfied with the level of customer service and professionalism provided. Living out of state has made it difficult for us to manage and oversee our home and our tenants. Our Manager and the staff at Trident has always been friendly, professional and has been quick to help us with any questions we have about our rental property. It has been a pleasure working with them.

If renting from Trident Property Management know that when you move out it will be very hard to get your deposit back. They will charge your deposit for things that by the rental laws are unlawful for them to charge for. You will have to fight for your deposit. I would find another way to rent other than from this company. I will not use them again.

Over the last five years the commercial property management section has deteriorated significantly. A lack of internal consistency in communication and unfair practices within the complex have destroyed the confidence of several tenants. I highly recommend get everything in writing. If you do decide to overlook the multiple consumer complaints be cautious in your interactions.

Great Company & Great Experience! We''ve been to several management companies in the Yuba City area trying to find a home for our family. Trident has the nicest and cleanest houses we've seen and the staff has been amazing! If anyone has moved before you know how difficult and challenging it can be. Our family has been very impressed with the way we've been treated and have found a house we can call home. Trident has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and we are very happy we chose Trident to rent from. I highly recommend them!!!!

Don't rent from Trident Property Management. We rented a townhouse on Hetherington Circle for 3 1/2 years, and recently moved out, due to my husband deploying to the middle east. Our final move out inspection said we had minor scuffs to some walls and it wouldn't cost more than $300 from our deposit to repair. We later recieved an estimate saying that it would be $560 to repair. Then, when we recieved our deposit, they had deducted over $1900 to repaint almost the entire unit. By law they can't charge us for repainting if we've been there for more than 3 years (which we had). We disputed their claims and they refuned us $200. We again disputed, saying we would take them to court and they refunded us the rest of the deposit they held. Over a month of hassle, because this company thought they could take advantage of our family.
