I had to have a DVD removed from a TV that had a DVD player as part of the TV. I took it to Universal to get the DVD out of the TV because the TV "died" and I was unable to get it to work again or retrieve the DVD. I was told that it would cost $40 for the service. I came back the next day to get the DVD, from a TV series, and they gave me half of my deposit back. B
