WORST DENTAL OFFICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. My 4 year old son and I both had appointments back to back and i wanted to go first to ease his fears and they wouldn't let him in the room. they expected me to leave my 4 year old child in the lobby and all it was was an initial examination. then they were rude about it. and I was a cash paying customer.

I sought out their services to have 2 wisdom teeth removed. I had my inital consulation and after Xrays was informed that 3 actually needed to be removed. During my first appointment, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The doctor who did my intial exam told me the surgeon would be there the next day, so it worked out perfectly for me. So the next day I showed up abut 20 minutes early and didn't wait too long. They called me back and I was so scared. Just terrified. I sat in the room by myself crying for a good 45 mintutes before any one even came onto my room. Then when the surgeon did show up, he didn't even introduce himself or talk to me he just came at me with a needle to numb me. I was crying and terrified so naturally I closed my mouth and he rudely asked me "Are we going to do this today or not?" So I finally let him give me the shots and I was then left alone again for 30 more mintutes choking on blood. I was under the assumption that I would recieve some kind of sedative. Not so. Even though I signed the waiver to get nitrious oxide, I didn't recive it. When the surgeon came back in the room he again didn't explain anything he'd be doing, just told me to open my mouth and started cutting. I have a bad jaw problem and he damn near broke my jaw, gave me no stiches, and just walked out of the room. The assitant just handed me gauze and walked out of the room. No after care instructions, nothing. I was SHOCKED at the way I was treated. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. I

The people who attended my dental needs were great. Very kind & concerned about my fears. I was not expecting the kind of care I got, it was much better than I herd from other people. The thing I didn't like was how loud the TV was in the waiting area, it was getting on my nerves before treatment.

My husband visited this office becaue he had an emergency dental issue. They were the only place open on a weekend, and let's just say the pain he endured from them was far worse. The staff is rude and careless. It took him 7 hrs to get a root canal and temp crown. We had to visit the office twice in one day. They left him for several hours in the room, while they chatted and took breaks. He was in severe pain, and they did not properly numb him. He came home feeling worse than when he went in. My husband has a very hard time going to the dentist and let's just say they made this much worse for him. We live in the bay area and the dentist we normally go to is a far contrast. He is able to get a root canal with little pain. Western dental caused him poor pain, did not listen to his concerns and wasted our time and money. WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I have filed a complaint with the company it was so horrible. Please do not visit this business. The price was not that significant for the horrible care.
