Very disappointing service.

I have used them 3 times and after this most recent time im through. They have no patience.

My first time using them i asked if we could wait for a friend of mine and that i didnt mind paying an extra fee. They made a scene so i decided to just have them take me.

Upon dropping me off the driver, and older white male parked behind a car in a parking lot that was trying to leave.

When the other driver asked him to moved he flipped him off, cursed and drove away.



Today i called. It was a Friday night and i was looking to go out for some dinner and drinks. I wasnt quoted a time and when i finally spoke to the driver i informed him ahead of time that i would be running late and asked if that was fine.

He said it was.

I also told him i didnt mind paying any waiting fees. I grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and spent some time in NYC.

I know how cabs should work.

After ten mins i come out and the cab is long gone. I call 3 times to no answer.

After finally reaching a operator i was hung up on. I called back and was told that if i wanted to file a concern with a manager that they would call me.

Im not expecting a call back.



Cabs are costly, go with a company that is going to treat you with a higher level of respect.
