Go to a different town to buy a car! much better deals and service. people need to boycott against these people.

I would have to agree with the person above.. I would never let anyone i know buy a car from here i felt used and lied to these people lied to me... I am so upset and cant even enjoy being a first time car buyer.... The worst experience ever. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT YUBA CITY TOYOTA, LET ALONE BUY THEY LIE AND MANIPULATE YOU. They dont even deserve the one star i gave them

I would give them a half a star but unfortunately not an option. Sales was great, financing dept was horrible. I would "Flinstone it" before buying a car her again. In fact I would under no circumstances recommend them nor buy from them again. I even told them this and they acted though they didn't care. They failed to submitt proper documentation to satisfy the car loan = deal falling through after having the car almost 2 months. No excuse is good enough. Paying customers with decent credit AND 4 year + with same employer, should have had 0 problems getting papers finalized. All I can say is go elsewhere.
