You will not get your security deposit back from this company. They blatantly lied and failed to comply with State law in order to keep my security deposit. I've been going back and forth with them for weeks now on half of the items listed on my return form. Just some of the things they're charging me for: cleaning the baseboards, window sills, etc. (CA law states that the home must be left in clean, less wear and tear, condition; this does not mean that the tenant pays to put the place into show condition) - $150, putting the old toilet seat back on (I replaced with a brand new one before I moved out, to be nice) - $55, removing one duraflame log from the fireplace - $60; putting on the old shower head (I replaced a broken one with a nice one, at my own expense) - $60.

I lived in this home for 2 years and dealt with water leaks, mold, rat infestations, and a general lack of service/care. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Was basically lied to. I was told I wasn't able to rent because of 2 bad reviews from previous landlords. Needless to say, I called my previous landlords to find out why they would give me a bad tenant review and they said David was flat out lying. They did not give me a bad tenant review. He then refused to take my calls or call back.

Basically stole our deposit and fabricated lies at the end after we moved out to keep our $1650 deposit. Do not do business with these crooks!

They have a policy of doing two walk-throughs (inspections), one while we were there and one after we moved out. The first walk-through we did had just a couple of minor incidents on it, but after we moved out it seems they went through the trouble to fabricate everything they could think of including replacing insulation in the garage, replacing the sink disposal and said we left the place filthy... which is an utter lie seeing how it took us 2 weeks of cleaning before we actually moved out. The place was in better condition than when we moved in. If we had to do it all over again I would steer clear of this business entirely. They will take you for your money whether you like it or not. You have been warned.

Communication with this place is a joke. I was a tenant for 6 years 2010-16. Every time I called the office no one was there to answer. The manager was busy or out, the other guy was out, they would take a message and NEVER get back to me. I went in person to the office to speak with the manager. He took three notes on what I had to say then doodled the rest of the time. He didn't have an ounce of customer service, even rolling his eyes, the whole time I tried to talk to him. I even asked him at one point you look like you don't want to talk to me. I was so offended by how he just brushed us off. As a manager, it is part of the job to help resolve customer complaints, not ignore concerns and emotions. I understand that they do not own the properties, just manage them, but seriously. I do not feel like they care for their tenants. Bottom line I was not happy, I would never ever ever want to live somewhere managed by Allied again. I do not recommend them.
