this is a nice park to live in. i have lived here for many years. the last review is a lie!! you have to pay your rent,be clean and don't cause a disturbance...just obey the rules!! everyone deserves peace and quite.I have never had any problems here.I love living here. yucaipa is a great place to live.

This is the worst place to live. If you love to be treated differently just because your not white? Then this is your kinda place to be. My family gets s××× from the managers here just for being mexican. The are the most racist people I have ever met. Please listen to my rating. Do not move her
