FIRST AND LAST TIME. Wake up Yucaipa! Stop supporting businesses like this. They don't care about customers. HEY OWNER if you see this, please fire all your staff and start over. F- for customer service. My pizza came out AFTER my party finished their food because they said the first pizza stuck to the pan. After suffering while watching my party completely finish their entire meals, I kindly asked for a refund for my pizza because it took so long it was time to leave. However, a refund of my late pizza was refused and the blonde manager had the nerve to box the pizza and push it towards me at the counter, and argued with me that the pizza has already been made so there are no refunds. Really? This was YOUR mistake. All you had to do is credit me the late pizza. Was that too much to ask for??? I've heard of bad customer service, but this is NONEXISTENT customer service. Even the dark-haired girl in the back was rudely making comments. As we drove away, we could see all the employees laughing. How can you still be in business? I tried my best to break my routine and support a small local business, and it backfired on me. By the way, My receipt said Tracey Martin, but I'm not sure whether he's the blonde manager or not. Side note: We were the only customers (not a surprise), it was about 85 scorching degrees inside, the workers were sweaty, and the lettuce on the salads was browning, the bread had way too much butter. My friends ordered spaghetti and they seemed to like it though.
