If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went here to rinse off my g37 coupe, not a full wash, just a spotless rinse to get some of the exterior dirt off. Turns out their so-called spotless rinse is not spotless at all, in fact it seemed harder than the water that comes out of my tap and I live down the street. By the looks of it, they have not changed their filtration system in years. I did'nt realize that the water was this bad until the car dried. After the water had dried, it left behind mineral deposits that were so harsh, that it etched into my clear coat in less than an hour. Etching means that the minerals left behind from the water literally eat through some of the clear. Of course I wanted to speak to somebody about this problem but no phone number was to be found anywhere until I did a little research. Water etchings this bad have to be removed as soon as possible or they only get worse as time goes on. Luckily I have a good relationship with one of the best detailers in the inland empire. He of course was able to take care of it by buffing the paint, but it cost me $600. I don't usually write reviews (good or bad) but I felt obligated to warn everyone to stay as far away from this place as they can.
