My one and only favorite bars in town. Most down to earth bartenders and loyal bar friends I could ever ask for. The new owner Fred is awesome! Says hi everytime I see him and bye. Hangs around and makes it worth while. Glad to say I am a local at the best bar in town!

Lisa booked us over the phone, which should have been based on her review of our song list, demo recording and bio info. We are located around Victorville, so we have about a fifty mile drive. We played our first set and Lisa claimed it was not what she was expecting and fired us. She paid us a third of what we agreed on. She actually said, "it's not like we have a contract".

I'm 56 and this isn't the first time I've come across crooked people. I least now with the internet, I might be able to warn other musicians to beware!

I am writing in regards to how much fun I have when I go to Shorter's, especially on Thursday and Saturday nights when they have karaoke. The host and the bartenders are always very nice and welcoming. Not to mention the food, the food is always good.
