I took my moms cat here to be shaved for her birthday as a surprise and they called to say she was ready for pick up about 45 minutes later so I had my husband pick the cat up since he was already in town. When he got to our house he said that they told him they had trouble grooming her because of the dogs in the shop and that she may not look that great (she lives with a dog so I'm not sure what was going on). So I pull her out of the carrier and they literally only shaved her back. So now I have this f@#%ed up looking cat that my husband PAID for that I have to take back over to my moms house. We ended up taking her into our bathroom and shaving her ourselves with horse clippers and she purred the whole time. Mind you I have a dog and she had never been to my house so why did they have so much trouble? And then to have the audacity to charge someone for that train wreck.......

I had an awesome experience here. My Jeannie who is a Westie, was groomed to perfection. Her ears were nicely cleaned and she was snow white. They allow the pets to roam free after grooming which I really like, as my dog does not like to be in a "cage". I also liked how nice the staff was to our family and our pet. I would recommend them if you are looking for a small, family run business.

I went Last weekend and left my yorkie and she was nice at first, so I had no reason to suspect her, when i came and pick him up, she had burn and scrap/cut him really bad that i had to go to the vet, and she was exreamly rude, she didnt even admit that it was her responsability. Pls be very careful to whom u take ur puppy. I do not recomend this place at all.

My dog enjoys going to Groomingdales. The employees there are so nice to her, she doesn't want to leave. They do a beautiful job.
