Called ahead to get pricing since I was paying cash, Annie quoted me $75 since I had been seen here before. I came in waited an hour, then the girl at the desk (Brittany) says it will be $125. I told her I was just quoted $75 on the phone, she calls Annie and Annie confirms that she quoted $75 but Brittany says that she cannot honor this amount because that is only for follow up visits. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. On top of this, the entire time we waited in the waiting room we had to listen to Brittany rudely argue with other patients on the phone.

This place is a joke. After calling to check on prices I went in and they tried to charge me over a hundred dollars more. The entire time the staff was rude and made me wait forever.

All of the staff at specialty urgent care are outstanding and they take time to ensure the ailments are diagnosed and treated properly!
