Wow where to begin! Worst company ever! Zero stars!!!! They were sent via my Home Warranty Company. Tech showed up added some R22 and when my husband asked if there was a leak since he had to add to it he said no it's because it's an old unit. No tests ran to check the coil. He didn't clean the coil like he wrote down he did because we had made sure the unit was clean so they wouldn't have problems. He didn't use our water hose to clean it so what did he clean it with?? When I called back with concern the manager Lacy spoke to me and said that under the warranty all they have to do is charge the unit and if there are any more problems with in 30 days we have to call them back. Considering it took her 2 hours to call me back after I spoke with the dispatcher I doubt we would actually get a call if we did call in 30 days. Do not call them! If your warranty says they are using them call and tell them you don't want them.

I had a new unit installed by Air Go through First American Home Warranty 5 years ago and it has been a never ending nightmare. The system has not made it through one single summer without breakdown and it went down again this weekend. Now I can't get a return call. Avoid at all costs!!!

I called my warranty company this morning because my heater was not working. Airgo called within an hour and scheduled an appointment for this morning. The tech showed up and found my gas valve was bad. The guy left to get the part, came back 25 minutes later and changed out the valve. Excellent customer service and timely completion of job. Very satisfied!

Our upstairs heating unit was not blowing hot, informed on the call that the unit was in the attic, technician arrived, I pointed out the trapdoor in my son's closet to get in the attic, technician said he had to go get a ladder and would be right back, NEVER came back, never called, never returned my increasingly upset calls to them. I DO NOT recommend! SO unprofessional to leave a customer stuck at home all day waiting for a return for NOTHING, using up vacation time in order to be off work, no heat in bedrooms children live in.

Called my home warranty company and they sent Air Go to my home on a second opinion. The first company that came out told us we needed a brand new system. When Air Go came out they repaired a leak in the condenser and cleaned my unit. My unit has ran better than ever before thanks to Air Go.

This is the absolute worst experience ever. The guy who came out to look at my unit, would not even go upstairs to see how hot it was. Reported to the warranty company that my unit was too small to cool the house. There are 2 different units for the home! They refused to return or answer my calls at all, until I called from another phone. They are rude and unknowledgable. Do not use them!

Don't even want to give them a star. Called the warranty company because the ac was not working. Told us the furnace needed to be replaced. So we said okay they replaced the furnace and it was some what working. We called back 6 weeks later to the warranty company because it completely stopped working. They sent a new company and the new company found out that there was a leak in the coil and that was why it was not working properly. After they looked further they found that the furnace was not installed properly and the cold air had been blowing into the garage instead of the house. Not to mention that they did not properly hook the gas back up so it was leaking as well. They warranty company called them and told them to come fix their mistake, they showed up and half way fixed it then refused to answer any ones calls. We had to get a new company and are finally getting our ac back after a week without it. All airgo could say was it not our fault its not working the one time the warranty company managed to get them on the phone.

Called my warranty at 7:20AM on a Monday. I received a call at 7:40AM from Airgo scheduling an appointment from 9-12AM. They called 30 minutues before coming. They had fixed the unit by 9:30AM. Quickest response I have ever received from any company.

Came home to find that our air conditioner was not working. The house was above 90 degrees. Called the warranty company who said that the service comapny would call within in 24 hours. Airgo called to set up an appointment 5 days later. Appointment time was 1 to 5 and said that they would call 30 minutes prior to arriving. Took 4 hours off from work just in case. No call and the tech showed up at 4:30. Proceeded to fumble around with the Thermostat then said he wouuld go get some tools from the truck. Came in looked at the unit in the closet then asked if I had a flashlight, got him a flashlight. Mashed a couple of buttons on the mother board looked at the led readout to get the code. Said motor was out. Collected the service fee, said they would order and get back with me. All this in 30 minutes. They called the next day to set up a serivce visit to install motor for 2 days later. On the day of the getting the motor installed got a call to say they could not get the motor and the furnace would need to replaced. Not sure why the furnace had anything to do with the air conditioner but ok. Tried to call for the next 3 days to get a status update only to get answering machine each time with no call back. Talking with the warranty company they stated the furnace was cracked and needed repaired. So we hired another company out of our own pocket to find out the furnace did not have any cracks nor was the motor blown. However the it does have a bad module. Still no air and no answers from them. Have submitted the second opinion to warranty company to get some relief.

We noticed our AC making a horrible squealing noise on 6-6-13. Our warranty co. contracted Airgo Heating & Air to repair our unit. The tech came out to take a look and all he did was spray it down with a water hose and said there was nothing wrong with it. The unit continued to make the noise, and on 7-24-13 we woke up to the AC blowing warm air and the motor on the unit was smoking and humming. We called the warranty co. and again they contracted Airgo to repair it. This was on a Wed. and they told us they could not have anyone come out until Sat. between 1:00 and 5:00. They did not show up or even call to let us know they were not going to show. Not only have we been miserably hot and uncomfortable for 4 days, we had to change our plans for our entire weekend just to be stood up by these people. Had the tech taken his time and inspected the AC unit correctly the first time, this would not have happened.
