I never thought I'd love a ban...

I never thought I'd love a bank so much! My mother has IBC and she's had more trouble with that bank than I can say. But Arvest is the complete opposite! They have late hours for convenience, I can deposit checks in the ATM and they have amazing customer service!

My debit card information was stolen once and used in the middle of the night. I got a call from Arvest at 7am and they had already put a hold on the transaction. They canceled the card and sent me a new one before any money was lost!

I've always received courteous prompt service and I can't think of a single issue I've had with them. I currently have 3 accounts with them and everything runs smoothly thank to the people at Arvest.
