Two stars due to the fact one of the women in there had no idea what she was doing. She suggested I mix a neutral gold blond with clear developer which was like liquid. I didn't realize this developer wasn't a creme otherwise I wouldn't have gotten it. It wasn't until I got home and mixed the color that I had realized what she recommended was not right. Never mix creme color with liquid developer. Needless to say I didn't bother putting the color on once mixed, instead I went to another sally's and got a creme developer and new hair color. Don't get me wrong all of the employees there are super nice but this one lady should not be able to give advice on coloring hair.
