Very helpful people and great prices. Explained the prices on what it would if I paid cash and stated that it would cost more if I go thru the Insurance route.

A few months ago my husband and I went in for an ultrasound because of a threat of miscarriage. When we got in our tech told us that she would not be able to read us the results and we would have to wait to know the outcome until a dr called the results in to our midwife who would then call us, which was absolute tourture, but I understand is just part of their protocol. The tech made small talk asking questions like "what do you have planned the rest of the day?" And "do you want to have your children close in age?" Which now knowing she could see that our baby had passed away felt like an absolute insult. And the last half of the appointment she talked about her healthy pregnancy which made an already unbelievably painful situation even worse. Of course I am so happy for her and her little one, but it was not appropriate having been in such a vulnerable place (especially since she knew my baby died and I didn't). An already miserable experience made even worse.

The service at Servant Medical Imaging was fine. However, I received a voice message from Mary at their corporate office 6 months later to inform me they would be turning me over to their attorney and collection agency the next day because of my outstanding balance. Since I had never received a bill from them (or any previous phone calls), this notice was pretty unsettling and honestly ruined my evening. Upon contacting Mary the next day, I had her verify my address which someone had incorrectly entered (thus no bills). For being a Christian-based business, I didn't expect my first contact with them to be a warning about collections/attorney. Since the error was on their end, I would have expected them to go out of their way to make this right. Instead, I got to pay my bill in full with a very polite apology regarding the inconvenience. I'll update or remove this review based upon their follow-up with me (if any).
