Provided by YP.comStonebridge is close to the lake and all the walking trails. A little older but the units are bigger and have garages. Been here for a while and have really enjoyed it!

Provided by YPmobileWorst place I have ever lived. We have lived here for about four months and there are things that the manager herself documented on the move in inspection that have yet to be fixed. That list was about 30 items, at least a third of which we had to fix ourselves. The unit was nowhere near being move in ready on our move in date, but they told us that it was. We replaced most of the lights ourselves. I had to spray for spiders myself because they wouldn't. Brown recluse were the ones that worried me because we have children. Still trying to get rid of the roaches since we moved in, although they did recently come and spray for those. The railing on the balcony to my little girl's room was practically about to fall off the second story. After about six weeks of calling every few days to ask when it would be fixed, the maintenance person came and put an anchor bolt with a ring in the deck. He wrapped a ratchet-strap around the rail and hooked the other end to the anchor bolt. This "temporary fix" has been that way for two and a half months now. Currently we are trying to get the air conditioning fixed. It is July and when the temperature is above 90, the upstairs never gets more than about 10 degrees cooler than the outside temp. We run the a/c 24/7 out of necessity. The manager and maintenance guy said that they used a temperature gun to check the ambient temperature upstairs while I was at work. They told me that it was 56F upstairs. At 5pm when I got home it was 79F upstairs according to my thermostat, and the thermostat itself was still set at 68F where it always is. Not sure how they got it 12 degrees colder than what the thermostat was set at, but if I find out I will stop calling to get my A/C fixed. I've also been told that I have the coldest unit in the complex. That is supposed to somehow keep me from sweating in bed at night I guess. Several of my neighbors have reported similar problems with maintenance and management taking weeks or months to get anything done. They lie and feed you fluff until people just give up trying and either settle or do it themselves. Oh, and if you don't have a pet when you move in, they won't let you get one. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to live. It's not worth the cheap yukon rent, and being on the lake. Not even close.
