I am wits end due the treatment that my 50 old son has received from your facility. He was referred to you by Dr. Clark, MCCI Callahan over three weeks ago. My son and I came to your office about two weeks ago but was unable to meet with your Dr. (she was on vacation we were told). We came back today 8/18/16 and told that he couldn't see the Dr. until 9/12/16. My son's condition has deteriorated substantially since his visit with Dr. Clark three weeks ago. He is jerking so bad that he loses his balance and falls.
In fact he fell today in your parking lot while getting into my car.

Sutton Place is no longer in Fernandina Beach. They have moved to Yulee Florida, and the number has also changed.
