Ask for Humberto or Tim – Both are amazing salesman. My husband and I recently purchased a Toyota Sienna from Alexander Toyota in Yuma, and could not be more pleased. We made multiple trips to dealers around town as we looked, and so we worked with two different salesmen while we were shopping at Alexander Toyota.



Humberto (Beto) is great guy. You never doubt that he wants to sell you a car, but he is not too pushy. He knew a lot about the vehicles, and if he didn’t have the answers, he went and got them right away. He stayed late one night to go over the vehicle with us, and didn’t utter a single complaint when we left without buying that day. Before he delivered the car to us he helped set up the blue tooth, go over the owner’s manuals, and made sure we were completely comfortable with the car before we left.



Tim is the perfect complement to Humberto. He has a calming personality and is a pleasure to just talk to. We felt no pressure from Tim at all, and were sure that he wanted us to get the best possible deal, so could get a car we could afford. He introduced us to the service department, and other people at the dealership, so we would feel comfortable when we come back for our service. He is very polite and it was a pleasure to work with him.



Overall our experience at Alexander Toyota was a great one, and we look forward to buying another car from them in the future.

I bought it from AZ and I am in Canada. Brent handled all the paperwork for me using Fedex. He asked me if I had any questions for him when I picked up the truck. I did not so it took me 5 mins. to get my truck. Best buying experience ever. Thanks Brent.

I have had a pretty good experience here, there was no pressure to buy now, very friendly atmosphere, even when taking a lot of time looking at vehicles. I would recommend this dealer shp to all my family and friends.

My mothers 2006 camrey had the check engine light come on. I call the service department and was told that it would be $15.95 to tell me what was wrong. I made an appointment and went there. Then I was told that it was $95.00 to check it. It turned out to be over $!30.00 to replace the gas cap.

I bought a car here last year around September and I just wanted to comment on the car since that time. In short, I absolutely love driving my new Tundra around and it came with a great warranty on the maintenance aspect. My friends are insanely jealous of my low monthly payments and they are all counting the days until their current cars are paid off so they can take a look at Bill Alexander Toyota’s selection. Alexander Toyota is one of the best dealerships in town. I bought an 08 Tundra and was given excellent customer service with a great price. It's all in who you deal with. Ask for the internet guy to get the best pricing and quickest service. They will also match Phx or SD pricing if you give them the chance.

The Tundra I bought from Bill Alexander is perfect! The truck was on the lot with the exact options I wanted so I knew I was going to buy it. They handled the paperwork well, calculated different monthly payments for me so I could decide on how much money I wanted to put down. Great place and people!

I would absolutely NOT recommend shopping for a car with Alexander Toyota. I bought a certified used car from them just over a month ago, and 2 days after I drove it off the lot, tried to pull my door shut and the handle side panel came loose and then all the way off. I then also noticed the lights on my dashboard going out randomly and realized that they didn't provide me with a spare key, spare tire, OR a manual for my car's make and model.



My sister also bought a car from them about 2 weeks later, and when she was ready to leave, they already had it started for her and ready to go. It was only later that she realized the reason he had it started already was because it was making a grinding noise when it fired up (which I'm assuming he thought would be a deal breaker). I also found out after she bought her car that she bought the same comprehensive warranty that I bought, but she paid HALF of what I paid.



I realize that car salesmen are notorious for being shady as long as they can get a deal, but never realized how infuriating it is until it happened to me! The customer service seemed to be great...until all is said and done. They did everything they could to get me to buy a car from them instead of going out of town for a better deal. My advice is to NOT BOTHER with Alexander Toyota because chances are, you'll have some hidden issue you don't know about until it's too late to fix it.

Customer Service is very good. I'd purchased a used vehicle and their staff still treated me as family. I came in a month later to get a reinspection on the vehicle and their staff, repairmen were very helpful. I left the vehicle at the repairshop and Toyota guys contacted me three times to inform me of my repair problem. You'd think that'll be enough on my part but, I came in three more times throughout the following month (for testing purposes) just to see if they could give me a remedy for a simple fix I had know about. They were STILL EXCELLENT with honesty and customer service. Good People, Excellent service. DO BUSINESS with these TOYOTA GUYS and GALS!

As for the Chevy dealership in town, far different with my experience there. I had brought my old truck (2005 Avalanche) in for service and they treated me like a number, they didn't even bother to contact me of my ongoing repairs, I had to call multiple times and each time, the serviceman said he'd call. He called alright, just to inform me the final repair price...wow Yuma Chevy guys are TERRIBLE! Also, their honesty is shady. I told them about my lights going out and wanted a simple light from the repairshop. Instead, they charged me for labor for a lightbulb I was going to put in myself (they did it themselves without telling me).

Bill Alexander is the worst!

I purchased a car from this dealership a few months ago (the 2nd car in my family from this dealership, the 2nd bad experience). They conduct business very unprofessionally and unethical. They will say promise whatever they have to in order to get you off the lot in a new car, and break those same promises a few months down the road after it is too late to change anything. I just took back a car recently after the kinks in my contract were not handled sufficiently. Needless to say, myself nor my family will never give Alexander another chance. (The first car was through Alexander Ford by the way).
