I have taken my daughter here a few of times (when I was unable to get her into her own pediatrician) and they have always been helpful and extremely kind. I just recently took her for an ankle injury and the people were wonderful. They made her laugh and put her at ease. The doctor took her out, showed her the x-rays, and explained everything to me. I prefer Pinnacle to Prime Care any day of the week. I have never had trouble with anything; not insurance or billing (like the previous review complains about)

Just wanted people to know that unless you know how to bill your own insurance DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC, people there DO NOT know how to take care of billing, nor care for the patient. They never communicate with you and if you do not tell them what needs to be done, you are left hanging. I do not recommend this clinic and have encouraged all of my circle of people not to frequent this location or any location in the Yuma area. Our bill was turned over to collections after a payment was sent to their facility along with a letter to their manager informing them the same problem. Check was never cashed and Fees were paid to Collection. AGAIN I DO NOT RECOMMEND PINNACLE Healthcare in YUMA, AZ. THANK YOU! Maria von Trapp
