I wouldn't trust the owner of this company to kill an ant if it were sitting on his own shoulder. He comes off as less of a pest controller and more like a used car salesman who hasn't made his quotas for 3 months.

When people find a company that gives you great service, they should take the time to write something about the experence. I had another company working on a termite problem that wasn't being solved and after their solution to cut up the wood floor didn't solve the problem, I started looking for another company. I happened to be at a clients office and Desert Web was there on a termite job that another company had problems with. Desert Web used a dog named TIPPER to locate the termites so I had them give my problem a try and I was impressed. They located the entry points and resolved the issues without destroying the building. They gave us a wealth of imformation on how to prevent termites from entering the building, all of witch I applyied in my own home. They also directed me to their web site that asnwered alot of other questions I had about pest control problems. I just want to say thanks and recommend them to everyone.
