I don't know about the bad reviews here but my experience with these guys was amazing! Jorge made sure that our windshields got replaced after I got rescheduled twice from NuVision. Thanks Frank and Jorge for the great experience.

BEWARE.. PLEASE READ THEY ARE NO GOOD.... they lied to my insurance and sent an invoice saying they fixed my windshield and charged $450 to my insurance when they didn't do ANY of the work he didnt even call back to set an app. My Insurance finally got money back when they couldn't get proof of my signiture. They are liars and just looking to get quick cash. I can't imagine how many times they have done this.

So I was suppose to get my windshield replaced today. told them I didn't have a phone but gave them my moms number. they claimed to have called me at 12! and my mom didn't get a call. at 2:50 I called then and he said he would call his worker see who could go that he would call me back. never did so I called them again at 3:20 to follow up he said he was waiting to hear from his worker so I let time roll on and at 4:50 I still didn't receive a call back so I called them again and the owner started to ignore my calls. sending me to voice mail I left then a voice mail saying " I need the work done just let me know if it can be done today or tomorrow its fine" so I followed up buy calling with my brothers phone and he answered and I said " I'm following up on the crown Victoria" and he said " Hand on. Hang on Ok" he then preceded to hang up on me. I got one job with this company before and last time he was there 3 hours late from the time he called me!

Not very good costumer service by the owner. Wrongfully, they over charged and refused to refund the difference.

The owner Frank is great but his boy Jorge is rude, unprofessional and threatens customers. A schedule was verbally agreed to work on my car on Saturday at 0900. Jorge (son) refused to work and a statement was made to let the grown ups talk and that the owner verbally agreed to fix my car on Saturday. Then Jorge told me "to go fruck myself" and then said for me to "back off little man before you get hurt". Now is this professional? The police were notified of the threats and I encourage people to stay away from them.

The son broke my atenna and didnt say a word to me ..He tried to cover it up..He also did not put the screws back in the panel underneath my windshield wipers..Left the black sealant all over the truck

Helped him out on a job at the san diego marina promised he would deposit money for the job. Still waiting... this was on feb. 21, 2013

Words cannot express how happy we are with our new master bedroom. The room is so beautiful that I never want to leave. Cory, all your fabric choices were perfect, from the windows treatments to the custom bedding. My husband and I can’t thank you and Gary enough for your professionalism. From the moment we contacted shafran construction Company and got Tricia (your assistant) on the phone we knew it was going to be a great experience just from her friendliness. We will refer you to all of our friends.Under Shafran construction all your fabric choices were perfect, from the windows treatments to the custom bedding.

They've had my car for almost a theyve had my car for almost a week and everytime I call to see if it was done they would tell me tomorrow. Tomorrow. It will be done by tomorrow. Still waiting for it to be done. This is the last time I have them do anything to my car. They are scam artists who don't care about workmanship they schedule too many people and they don't have any Helpers in the shop.

If you have a motorhome & need a windshield replaced don't even bother to call these guys. We started our claim in November & wasn't until the end of December before the work was finished(??). Our motorhome didn't even make it 1,000 miles before the windshield popped out, called F & S and they would not stand behind their work. Check out other companies warranties, if they are a reputable company, they will stand behind their work. We had to pay $350 for another wonderful company in Amarillo, TX to properly reset the windshield. F & S would not stand behind their work and reimburse us the $$ to redo their shoddy workmanship. Will not go back to Frank & Sons, but will make sure to let all motorhoming friends know to steer clear of this company. Overall poor communicaton & lack of ability when it comes to motorhome windshield replacement.

Stopped by this morning to Frank & Son to get my window fixed. Took 3 1/2 hrs, cost me waaay more then it should have,oh and they broke my stereo...but my window turned out ok. Thanks again Jr...

Frank and son tinted my older Honda accord, they completed the job below the price of other shops in Yuma and the qualitly was first grade. Costomer service was outstanding.

I took my car to get a side back small window replaced. I understood when they postponed my appointment by 3 weeks because "frank" was in the hospital. I had to continually call to find out when my window could be replaced because although the son "jorge" promised to return calls .. he never did up to and including the day day they worked on my window.



On the day i finally got him to give me an appointment, no one knew at the shop what was going on and Jorge was not there and they didn't know why. I left my car for 8 hours there and although i called and they said it would be done..after being dropped off they had barely taken out the old window. They slapped on the new windo6zing out of it and painter's tape on the top and bottom that i was informed would need to stay for 5 days! I began to cry and tell them how horrible it was i paid almost 300 dollars for this ! i left in tears to Jorge sayiing "gimme 500 dollars and i will buy you a factory window .. I got the window off by Jorge later that day and got a refund check.. He was totally indignant to me, stating he didn't care what we thought.. and still left black goop all over where the ugly ill fitting window was!



Do yourself a huge favor..stay away!
