NP ANNA RIVERA IS A VERY CARING AND VERY GOOD NP. i WAS HER PATIENT FOR ABOUT A YEAR . sHE TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF MY HEALTH NEEDS . sHE REALLY IS SO AFFICIANT AND WANTS TO DO ALL SHE CAN TO GET YOUR PROBLEM TAKEN CARE OF AND GET YOU FEELING BETTER . i HAD TO LEAVE YUMA AND I REALLY MISS HER . mY NAME IS BARBARA AND I AM FROM ALASKA . yOU CAN NOT GO WRONG BY SEEING HER ,gOD BLESS YOU ANNA AND THANK YOU SO MUCH .

I was very appreciative of being able to get in on the same day I called and being a new patient that is unheard of. Felt that Dr. Olsen's Physician Assistant, Amanda Graham handled my sick call with concern and compassion. The staff was pleasant and friendly from the beginning of my first call to my checking out of the clinic. I was able to make a follow up appointment to establish with Dr. Olsen within a 10 day window.

Very poor care, no follow up, wellness exam was a joke, medication errors, lack of ability to refer properly, no call backs on abnormal mamm!PA Amanda could not effectively treat a sinus infection; refused to change antibiotic even after a week without results.Billed insurance incorrectly for wellness resulting in huge expenses to us for services that were to be covered 100%. After 8 months still waiting for corrections on labs done.More interested in cholesteral numbers than treating chronic/acute presenting problems. PA does not listen, knows what needs to be done without input from pt. Dr Olsen not available, so don't get sick and need to be seen unless you can wait 5-7 business days. We ended up getting primary care from urgent care, er and specialist. What a disaster.
