Pablo, the owner, is always courteous, personable--always has a smile on his face--and is here when he says he will be; his propane is the least expensive that is delivered to RV parks in the valley for being. Has delivered propane to me now for over 2 years. Highly recommend!

As an annual resident at Cocopah Golf & RV Resort here in Yuma, I am very familiar with the amount of propane I use, regardless of this climate's temperatures. Because Cactus Gas no longer exists, I switched to Rami Gas in December 2015. After receiving bills for unusual amounts of propane deliveries, my husband and I suggested to the sole proprietor of Rami Gas that he might have made a mistake by billing for 11.5 gallons of propane instead of the 5.5 gallons we actually used. The gentleman assured us that he was 'the most honest man', which we never questioned to begin with; however, he was unable to explain to us where the 6 gallons went he billed us for. Before leaving, the gentleman stated that he would no longer deliver to my space in the future, without explaining to us why he made this decision.



During our conversation, he stated that Cocopah residents use an 'average between 7 and 10 gallons per week'. Perhaps that is true; we have no way of verifying his statement. All I know is my own propane gas use. At a price of $ 3.10 per gallon, I expect a propane refill according to the amount I actually used, not according to an 'average' amount.



Now that Mr. Rami Gas decided to no longer deliver propane to me, I get my propane at Val's Liquor at the NW corner of Avenue B and 8th St which distributes Ferrell Gas for $ 2.00 per gallon. Money saved, after all.



My last thought is the hope that this resort's administration will be able to contract with a second propane gas company to maintain a healthy competition.

Excellant Service. This Company far exceeds the other competition by far. Very Friendly and Honorable. I did not even have to remove the tanks at all. They removed them, filled them and replaced them. Questions were answered quickly. Service was there same day without a hassle. I would recommend this Company to everyone.
