My husband & I stayed here for 3 months. It was dusty & dirty, the bugs were so unbearable you couldn't go outside until dark. Our space had a water leak that wasn't fixed, it caused mosquitoes and a stench. The trailers are old & run down, falling apart. Only select few are not eyesores. Maintenance man is hostile, he had a verbal confrontation with my husband the day we were leaving and picked a clenched fist up to me when I went to intervene on the argument. Cell phone get poor service, and internet is so slow pony express would be better! Pass on this one people.. it is definitely Yuma's trailer park trash!

My husband & I stayed here 3 months. People were nice, no internet access, hot tub broken and extremely dusty. Its 12miles out of town making it inconvenient for shopping and errands. The maintenance guy turned out to be abusive as he verbally assaulted my husband the day we were leaving and raised a clenched fist to me when I asked what his issue was. Not recommended if your looking for 5 star resort. This a two star all day long.
