I tend to disagree with the first post. If I could give no stars I would. New to the area we made contact with Superior Awning to have a garage built. We signed contract for a $20,000 metal garage in Oct 14 2014 and were told we could expect construction to start in 6 - 8 weeks which would give time for permits to be obtained. (permits were approved on 11/4) The garage was completed on 12/24.. 3 months after the contract was signed. There were certainly issues to say the least. We had two concrete entrace stairs poured at the same time of the foundation being poured for the garage. (The prior week we had our home painted to match the color of the garage.) Concrete was all over our newly painted walls, gaping air holes on the sides of the stairs, clumps of concrete all around the stairs that were left to dry and there was no intent to repair the mess we were expected to live with until we made a phone call. We told them we would have our painter out to touch up the paint. They refused to pay for his work and would send their painter out. After one entrance was painted we sent him on his way. Lets just say an unexperienced painter could have done the same job. Also unaware that an electric garage door opener was included in the contract I purchased one for my guy for Christmas. The door installer at our request installed the on we purchased. Upon notifying the company that we purchased one and had it installed we were informed that there would be no reduction in price due to them ordering an insulated 9 ft door that was not in the contract. They thought we might want it insulated since we had the garage insulated. The 9 ft insulated garage door was in the contract clearly written to be ordered. This has been a nightmare project. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their product is good most of their employees are great but their sales representative and the manner they do business is nothing less than a used car lot. Fair warning BEWARE.
