I e-mailed Dennis on a Sat about my 91 buick having trouble withthe trans. He e-mailed me back, I think on a sat or sun explaining what he thought the trouble was.

Monday morn I called and asked if I could bring the buick down and he said yes. He received ir about 7:30 in the morn. He called me at about 9:30am same day and gave me a price to repair it.

He called me about 11:30 same morn and said to come and get it. You have to realize that I live in Quartzsite and am not used to this kind of service to say the least.

Very proffesional and very courtious. Would reccomend Team Ramco to anyone--in fact, I did, our Mayor is having his truck's transmission repaired by Team Ramco.
