I have to say, the groomers at Waggin West are the BEST! It's tough to find a groomer for an 11-year old 70 lb yellow lab mix that was previously abused. And, she has multiple cancer tumors on her leg and belly (tumors the size of a grapefruit to put it mildly). Every time I take her in to get bathed and groomed, the staff is so sweet and understanding about her condition and my dog leaves there happy and feeling so much better. Everyone there is very kind and you can tell they treat each pet as if they were their own. Thanks Waggin West for being so good to my "special needs" pup.

i was so glad when i found out that waggin west didnt let this so called "inner acting with other dogs"at their kennel. I was scared to board my dog any place since i almost lost my terrier mix becase she was severly bitten by 2 other dogs in a kennel that allowed the dogs to be together.Of course they tried to stop what had happened but they couldnt get them apart fast enough.They told me that the dogs that did it never had before. well it happened..so needless to say i realize that this is not good practice an when i inspected waggin west they were individual runs clean,an a very friendly staff that answered all my questions. "puddles" visit was very satisfactory an they even groomed her the day i picked her up! She look so nice,was just a beatiful job done on her.i cant thank you enough for taking so good of care of puddles. i WILL be back

i took my poodle here expecting the worse as i had gotten from several groomers in yuma.i know im picky but im paying for a professional job, an i expect it. well i was more than satisfied with there groomer sherri.i have never had my dog look this nice.was very clean an the groom was perfect.not a hair out of place,an when we go back sadie always wags her tail!!i will recommend waggin west to anyone that wants a professional job done right.
