As the other review says, they care just about money and fees , not about making people feel like they can fix the issue. Terrible experience, bad job and the worker was rude!

The receptionist was polite and informative. I got an immediate appointment. Chris did a great job in diagnosing the problems, did a temporary fix. The door was replaced the next day and it took them a little over 1 hour! I would highly recommend this company.

Called to get someone to just come look at my garage door. Person on the phone hd to make it very clear "Twice" that if I had run into my door, the estimate was not free (Alrady told her once that I had not, and not sure why that matters). She than proceeded to Grill me on what was wrong. I tried to explain, but she cut me off, and said. Well, it is the Spring or what.. I explained that if I was a Garage door expert, I would not have to call them.. So, unless you already know how to fix your garage problem, don't bother
