We checked into a Jacuzzi room here on last Friday night,as we were loading the tub with bubbles we noticed we weren't alone room 122 had an infestation of roaches,They had roaches on the mirror over the Jacuzzi, they were crawling on the desk by the lamps we quickly gathered up our belongings and called the front desk for another Jacuzzi room,none were available so we were refunded our money and had to find another location on our own,even though the hotel across the street are owned by the same owner the staff wouldn't even check to see if they had an opening .This was my worst hotel experience ever ,I had stayed here in the pass but never again!Mr.Ward the General Manager called and apologized for our experience and offered us a room here again, Really ,I told him that wasn't going to happen!
