absolutely TERRIBLE

Why is it everytime I go through the drive through to order a cheddar beef sandwich 90% of the time I hear "we're out of beef". Isnt that 75% of what the menu is made of? Today during my coworker's break she went to arbys to pick up lunch for me. I wanted a large fry and side of cheese. 59cents for a side of cheese, am I correct? When she put my food out on the table for me, we noticed no cheese was found. She called, politely requesting that she could come back for the cheese (we're located next door).. the woman at arbys accused my worker of lieing. Then when speaking to the manager, the manager accused my worker of lieing. She went back, with the reciept and bag of fries, the manager gave her the cheese in the rudest manor. Im also told the manager was handing out food with her hair down to her sholders and gave nothing but attitude. Not only to her, but to anothrr customer.

Since when was THIS acceptable in anyway?!
