The batteries here might be cheaper but it is worth the difference in price to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The motto for this company is the "the customer is never right". Purchased battery there for generator, returned battery because it would not hold charge. Was told that could not get money back until they determined whether it could hold charge. Considering we wanted to return it anyway - don't understand why and it wasn't explained. Had to go back next day to get money back (minus 15% restocking fee). Was told the battery was fine - there was something wrong with our generator. Generator working perfectly fine with battery purchased elsewhere. I repeat, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE to get your battery.

Not pleased. Bought a battery there and had to have it replaced,then the replacement battery needed returned. The batteries won't hold a charge. Took the car to the shop to make sure nothing was draining it and car checked out fine. When battery returned was told it was the car. Really? Not what was told at the shop. After $$ returned was told to go somewhere else.Yes I was irritated but customer service was awful!
