you have the worst waste management in the state of ohio! I live on putnam and each week i have to clean up trash in my ally, from1 loose container can allowed by the city ordinance. They throw trash cans down on the ground and leftover trash falls out, because it was not fully emptied.. This hasto stop, we all have seen increase after increase and we are paying for disrespectful employees I have taken pictures for my complaints. You should notice& dump lose trash properly and dont throw the can in the driveway, so i have to move the 1 container with lose trash already on the ground to park in the drive way. starting today i am trying to give you notice(12/13/2012) I will visibly document by a recording device to prove my statement above like i did today. I dont live in a slum area and do not think i should stand for this behavior, I am proud of where I live and can assist the city in cleaning up our community. if the trash wont come out, set the can in a upright position like you did today at other sites. it is visibly documented today on record in the ally on all sides around the mess your workers left. you will see cans upright and no trash laying in the ally.except at my house. this is odd! I will observe the behavior of the the workers with visual documentation for the next 4 pick ups if this behavior of disrespecting my neighiborhood continues, i will report this to any and all city officials in the chain of command to get action. I will show documentation I have now and wili continue to collect documetation on this route untill the trash is collected properly, this is not a slum and i feel you need to respect the people who care about this community. Tthe residents in the putnam area have a voice and we can use it. If you dont want old south zanesville (putnam ward 2) then let us return to the commuity of south zanesville and we will take our tax dollars with us. we would be welcomed and work together to resolve our issues and receive respect. we are a historical grant area to revitalize our community. the trash issue is uncalled for i am willing not to proceed with all options mentioned above if managenent correctsthis problem. i dont expect workers to pick up trash out side the containers but all contaners must be emptied now that winter is coming ice in can could HOLD TRASH IN THE CONTAINER I understand that, but dont throw it down to lossen up the trash in my drive. just put the container in the upright position the way you see it when you come to collect it. this would be less work for your workers and safer in many ways including workers comp. injurys due to tossing selected residents containers around the ally. management i am counting on you to step up and resolve this issue. i would rather not use my time to record your employees. but if i can make my community look better and have respect to the residents of my very proud community i would appreciate your assistance in this matter and thank you for your time. I will try to report on the progress on Dec 15,2012 as to whether the situation is being taken care of.I have no need for any e-mail or response to this. Please just respond with appropiate action on this matter.
