Called them on Friday to see about having laptop screen replaced. Said I could bring it in Saturday and should have it back by Monday or Tuesday. When I dropped it off on Saturday I was told it couldn't even be looked at until Monday. Monday evening they called with the estimate but said they would have to order the screen and wouldn't have it back for a week or so. I told them no I needed it sooner and would just pick it up. Tuesday I called to pick it up and they said I couldn't pick it back up because they took it apart and wouldn't have anyone to put it back together until Wednesday or Thursday. Still do not have my laptop back because of the run around over a simple screen. I have to go buy another laptop for my son for college because these people lied to me about how long it would take and when it would be ready. I could have had it repaired somewhere else in 1 day for just a little more money so I guess it serves me right for trying to save a little. Do not leave your property with them for an estimate unless you want to do without it for a week or more.
