It takes the average working guy around two hours to make what Soft Cloth charge's to do the full works on your car, and if you are displeased with what you paid for and you wish to have it done right the the guy who seemed to be "the boss" is very rude, He really needs to work on his people skills ! The customer service..? well lets just say he has none ! the other place broke down in the middle of my car being washed so i had no choice but to go to Soft Cloth. For the record... , I took my 1968 mustang there years ago and was unhappy and when i said something then i was treated the same way by the same Guy ! WOW ! Still working at the car wash buddy ? so i never went back ! If not for having a half washed car i wouldn't have went there and will never go back ! Thanks for taking my hard earned money for poor service ! Mr. PT Cruiser
