Very friendly. Prompt arrival. I have no idea what these other reviewers experienced but most of the reviews read as if they were still drunk when they wrote it. You need a ride? Give them a call. Don't like them, the vehicle, the way they talk, sound or smell? THEN WALK, KAREN! Otherwise they will get you to your destination as requested safely and in a timely matter.

They show up 20 minutes early. Honk. Never have change so you have to go into a store to get it. They will tell you to get out in the middle of no where and they are extremely rude. The one girl did a donut and burn out in the parking lot. The only reason I didn’t say anything is because I forget my lunch box and she acted like she was going to help me find it even tho it was not even in there. They are the worst taxi cab imaginable.

I dont know what these people are talking about, every time ive called them they do pretty good with me. Only thing I wish is if they would bring me some gas or a lighter etc when needed. But hey as a cab they do fine by me.

Told me 20 minutes never showed up and when I called I never got an answer fuck this cab company and I hope you all find a designated driver because I didn't!!!

They are awesome people that run this fine establishment they just dony have time to waste with bs which is understandable....atleast they are honest. When i rode with yellow cab years ago they would tell you 25 min and 50 min later all the cabs would be broke down. Never have to worry about that with starbright!!

I called to make a complaint and the head guy hung up on me I'm not happy and I called bc one of the drivers almost hit my dog bc they was doing 35 in a 10mph zone I'm glad I don't have to depend on a taxi for anything...

On time but no metter been charged differnt prices everytime this time it was 5 more dollars and gas price is down from last time ... Not for sure what's up with that. Just wondering what the rules and regulations are for a cab company not to have a metter on their vehicles? Doesn't that defeat the whole deffinetion of cabs?

The only thing I have to complain about is the price if a cab is a little high,but I understand because if the price if gas. I think they should instal meters to insure fairness. Sometimes they are a little slow but that is exspected being they are the only cab company inZanesville

They hung up on me for over an hour on new years eve, do not depend on this company as your ride home.
