He was suppose to be a Tower but wasn't professional at all. As soon as we arrived on the premises, the look on his face instantly changed( 2 young adults.. ). We checked around the car for extra damage then asked about the price for towing because we literally had to track down the car because Highway Patrol knew nothing about him towing it. I just wanted a bettter understanding on why he was the one who towed it and why it was so hard to track him and the car down. He immediately became flustered and unwilling to explain himself and told us to get off his property. We told him not until we get answers. He then threatened to call Highway Patrol and I told him to because we had just previously talked to them before arriving at his address. He then told us he was going to charge us extra and the mechanic that was going to fix the car couldn't do it on his property so we were going to have to pay and get it towed to the mechanics shop which was literally beside his address. He then threatened to call the cops. I told him to (*this is all while he keeps walking up to me as if he wants to do something to me) . The cops come and we tell them exactly what happened and they even look like this situation has happened before so they are 100% understanding. Once they tell us how the company is suppose to work, they go talk to him. The give us the bill and it's barely legible. He went up on the price and we told the cops what price he told us over the phone. They went back in there to try to calm him down and negotiate the price. It helped a little but the man couldn't even say the right price in his argument with them as he wrote on the illegible receipt. On the bright side we had the car fixed on his property and recieved the car back into our possession. I just don't understand how people can judge others at their own place of business. He thought we were too young, dumb and naive to handle business professionally and he was wrong. I wouldn't recommend any stars.
