THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED ON HERE IS WRONG!!!!.

It is my personal mobile number, not this business. I'm fed up of receiving hundreds of calls from people. I have informed business owner and yp, but they just don't seemed bothered!!!! :-(

This company bought all remianing lots in our neightborhood about 10 years ago and built the remaining houses. The HOA fought them to get the roads up to state standards so they could be turned over for maintenance. They were difficult to work with. Additionally 90% of the neighbors compalined about the quality of the houses. They look good on the outside but cheap materials and cheaply made. Betty also compained frequently about current homeowners using independant builders compaling about her houses. In reality the folks whose houses she built were the ones complaining. Perhaps her son builds better houses and easier/better to communicate with.

This company has a reputation of being very difficult to work with and for. I would definately not recommend custom building with them. Very poor communicators and don't keep their word. Not your typical, 'home town' builders. Ask around about their services if you are thinking of building with them. You'll likely hear the same thing.



That said, the homes they've built appear nice, just not worth the trouble to go thu the building process.
