I have been a Notary Signing Agent with over 24 yrs. of closing experience on real estate properties. I make the signing of the documents flow with ease while working with my customers. I come fully prepared to explain the documents to the signers so that they feel comfortable during this meeting. If ever they have a question, without any hesitation, we will call the lender, title company, or loan officer, to get their questions answered. The process flows very smooth and easy and I always put the signer at ease while signing their documents.
