I was seen in urgent care and continued to have some issues a few days later. I called the ER and they transferred me to the on call doctor who happened to be Dr. Jason Myers. They wanted me to check to see if he suggested I come in to the ER. He did call back within a few minutes. When I answered his response was rather short. I started to explain what was going on when he cut me off and said what do you want me to do about it over the phone. He seemed agitated and rude the whole time. He also responded I can't diagnose you over the phone. I said I am just following the ER suggestion. Never mind I can just deal with them. He also asked are you sure your not on your period? Umm I am a 35 year old female. I am pretty sure I know my body by now. I work in the medical field and his unprofessional behavior is a disgrace. When I called the ER back and told them my experience with what just happened they had nothing good to say as well. I am sorry I wasted my time trying to follow policy. I will be expressing my experience with others.

I am very pleased with this doctor and the office personnel. He listens and gives feedback and great direction to improve health, rather than going just to a pill. I love the walk-in clinic for patients, its like have your one emerency room, where you can be seen right away. When I went there for care I saw a different Doctor and he was top notch too. I would reccommend this doctor and office to everybody.
