I worked here for 9 months before quitting. Saw alot of crazy things there! Lots of druggies or ex druggies here since they do not do drug tests here. If your a felon, they will hire you. The work was easy, the breaks were nice, and the hours were good. But their pay and benefits were not very good. That might've changed since i have not worked here since June of 2015 to work at a better paying factory so idk.

It is a small, family owned company; ran by the owner's daughter and his niece's fiancé. The family of the manager can literally do ANYTHING without repercussion.

They have been known to catch employees drinking alcohol AT WORK (including the sorter's supervisor) as well as taking (and snorting) narcotics WITHOUT REPERCUSSION. Instead of punishing these employees, or even requiring random drug and alcohol testing for the employees caught, they were taken into the office and 'talked to' and the employee who observed this behavior was conveniently 'no longer needed' within weeks of the incident.

On top of this, their quality procedures are ridiculous! They refuse to change their practices to make things better for employees, and their building is not properly ventilated, which causes many of their parts to get rusty before the inspectors even have time to sort them. any attempts made to organize their very backward ways of storing parts are met with hostility and ego
