Provided by YPmobileMy son did not like it there, complained all the time they would smack them on the behind. I would pack him a lunch and they wouldn't let him eat certain things I packed. They also lie and "forget" that you made payments

Provided by YPmobileI highly suggest no one takes their child there! I have had so many problems with them! My kids would come home in clothes that weren't theirs! Diapers that weren't theirs! And they would always tell me that my kids needed more food and I would look in their drawer and there were lunches in it. They would tell me that my child didn't like the lunch I provided for him so they just gave him crackers instead of another lunch that I provided. The staff there are a bunch of kids that have no clue what is going on there. Some of the stuff are very rude to the children! The days my kids were there they were always getting sent home sick while I was working! They let them plAy outside without jackets while it was cold outside! And they would always charge me for days my kids were not there! The owner is never in to see the staff just sitting there on their phones, so she has no clue and denies what goes on there! I made the mistake of giving cash to one of the staff for my payment for the two weeks. Owner said I owed and that she never got the payment. I don't not recommend this place for anyone!

Provided by YP.comThere is no security structure at this center. Literally anyone could go in and pick up your child, never carded anyone who picked up my son. He only attended for 2 months and I feel bad for letting him go that long. No structure, spoke poorly of my child in front of him with a different pick up person (whom they did not ask for ID) The 'director' and her daughter ate a pizza in front of him without sharing when he was the only other child there. He was crying when I picked him up that day. The staff also told me that he was doing well transitioning from partial days to full days.... he only ever went full days.. They clearly didn't even know which child was mine. He would come home and drink glass after glass of water because they wouldn't let him have any at the center and it was not accessible to him. They told me he needed to ask for water when I mentioned it. The owner all but laughed in my face when I brought my concerns to her attention. She seems very detached from what takes place at her business. I couldn't have been more disappointed with this place. If you value your childs health or safety, reconsider. There are better places with structure and compassionate teachers for more reasonable rates.

Provided by YP.comhaving my child in this center was a HUGE mistake the place is disgusitng the staff are very very immature there is no structure and it is hard to believe the director actually has any schooling what so ever I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS CENTER TO ANYONE if you have a choice stay home....Pre-School program is a joke so is the teacher.... the meals there are none and the snacks are horrible not very healthy... like i said if you have a choice move on or stay home
This posting seems to have been written by a former employee who parted on bad terms. Our center, a voluntary participant of the developmental Keystone STARS program, is very structured. It consists of a daily two hour pre-school program (even for our toddlers), monthly field trips, guest speakers, daily outdoor activities and much more... We even have structured time during the summer for our pre-school and school age children. We focus on the development of the whole child. Our preschool program has been influenced by the CVE Principle Mr. Bruno Zuccalo to be more conducive to children leaving our center and entering into the school system. We have an open door policy encouraging anyone who is interested to please feel free to stop by and check us out.

Provided by YP.comFor the first 3 years of my sons life and first year of my daughters life a very good friend of our family watched my children. When she was unable to continue watching them my husband and I searched for a facility that offered education, comfort and safety. SOTR turned out to be that facility and we have had no complaints. The staff is friendly, the facility is safe and I'm confident my son is ready for kindergarten. Thank you SOTR.

Provided by YP.comVery satisfied with this center...needed new center after my daughter was bitten numerous times and previous local center did nothing about it. SOTR is well organized, child friendly, well maintained, and well staffed. My daughter loves it. The children are well behaved, presented with age appropriate learning activities, and feel genuinely appreciated here! Also, they schedule other fun events, like field trips, holidy programs in the evening, and PJ day.
