Bill is a awesome groomer. I was so unhappy with my last groomer and looked hard and long to find the Groom Room. My 12 year old shitzu really likes Bill and doesn't try to hide or ignore him like the last groomer. Wendy looks so refreshed and pretty after each visit. Bill gets the job done alot quicker and is well worth the cost. He sure knows what he is doing. A excellant job, at a excellant price by the best and most talented groomer in the whole area. You can't go wrong!!

Bill is awesome with my generally grumpy and skiddish cocker. His cut has always great from skirt to face for the past five years.

The groomer was very friendly but the cut was choppy around her face. I gave simple instructions that were not followed. I am easy going and not too picky. I was very unpleased with the job. They are very pricey too.
