Magnolia Trace RV Park

I have lived full time in this park for seven years. My wife and I are retired, and chose Magnolia Trace for the large lots, outstanding ownership, and quiet but friendly environment. We have never had any problems with security, or any kind of crime (noone ever stole a scooter), in the time we have lived here. The park is in a clearing in the middle of woods, and you have abundant wildlife in the park including owls, hawks, and a gopher tortoise. Wildflowers abound, and the new owner is busy adding cement slabs to every slot. If you put up a bird feeder, you will immediately have plenty of customers. There are not alot of amenities, but the bathouse and office are extremely clean, and the park is well landscaped. There are trails in the surrounding woods that are a part of the park and you can use them for a nice shady walk. And it is only a mile to the nearest grocery store. And the lot rent is very reasonable.

No grass, leaves over dirt and weeds. No Security! Locals don't like snowbirds! Someone walked off with a scooter from a guest in park this year. Everyone told to stay inside of their RV's. by owners! Price is cheap but that what you get! Grieve! Oh did I mention the gossip! Small park.
