Ordered an ob ultrasound was supposed to have it nov.4th they rescheduled it to nov.20th because the dr was "out sick" so today being november 20th I get a call from them while i was getting ready and what do you know they wanna move it to Dec.4th because the dr is "out sick" again. They are rude on the phone and clearly not professional if it was their baby it would be a hole different ball game. Lucky to get one star.

Called 8/8 first thing in morning to schedule MRI. Told them I had imaging order and asked if I needed a referral from my PCP and was told no, just the imaging order. They gave me appt. for 8/10. 8/9 in the evening the call and say don't come in cause they haven't gotten authorization yet. 8/10 in the evening they call me and say I had a 1:00pm appointment and I was a "no show", and I'm like uh you called me last night and told me not to come in cause you had no authorization. She said sorry nobody wrote down that I was called. Then 8/18 I call to see if they have gotten auth, they put me on hold, then ask to call me back. They call back and say they can't find any auth and they will have to look into it and call me back. So then I call Humana, Humana says, you don't need auth you just need a referral from you PCP, the PCP get's the auth and issues the referral. So I've been waiting 7 day's for absolutely nothing, and if I hadn't called who knows if they ever would have even followed up or would I have been just forgotten? Anyways, I decided if they are a Humana provider and don't even know the requirements then I better go somewhere else. They never called me back, totally left me hanging, so I made an appointment at another place and my PCP is in the process of issuing the referral, should have later today. The girl on the phone sounded like she was 15, probably more concerned about her bf's latest text than following up with a patient that had an appointment. Aaron Schmitz

Very nice & friendly they always look very busy but are always quick. And the new was to make an app. by email is great.
